With over 20 years of experience in the real estate business, of which the last 12 years were in commercial real estate financing, Jessika Meurer has an extremely excellent knowledge of the national and international real estate financing and capital markets.

This businesswoman studied property and apartment economics and has a business degree, and she has many years of experience in senior risk management as well as in the capital market business at major German banks in Germany and abroad.

Timo Woskowiak

Managing Director

With over 30 years of experience in banking and in particular in commercial real estate financing, Timo Woskowiak has many years of extensive knowledge of the national and international finance markets.

He studied banking and has a business administration degree, and he can look back on many years of experience as a manager in credit management, sales management and restructuring management in commercial real estate financing at renowned major German banks, to name just a few positions, business unit manager, executive manager and member of the executive board.
